Copy rows to different spreadsheets based on 1 column

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet where I track open orders for my company. We track this by multiple metrics and values. I currently manually copy and paste each admin's orders into their own spreadsheet for easier reading.

I would like to find a way for excel to copy the entire row to the respective spreadsheet automatically. Once I compile the spreadsheet, I put in notes, for each order. Whatever solution is used needs to be either live updating or be able to run on command.

What do you recommend to accomplish this goal? I am using Excel 2010 on Win7.
