You can easily remove password using a software called "Hiren's BootCD".
You download an iso file of hiren's BootCD and burn that image in a CD.
Check the instructions in internet on doing so.

You can download software from below site.
https://www.softexia.com/windows/system-tools/hard-disk-utilities/hirens-bootcd
download version 15.2
After you download that you need a software called power iso, you can download that from
http://www.poweriso.com/download.php
Steps:
Open Hirens Boot CD with power iso
then burn it to CD
Follow the instructions from
https://www.hirensbootcd.org/faq-items/resetting-windows-password/
If you can not do it in 1st attempt then you can try many times cuz I have succeded on doing so.
