Hello lizmick,
Don't do any thing to harm your laptop.The fault is from the service provider.
Either,
You wait for sometime and try connection or Call thier customer service for the needed attention.

Thanks for the advice, its been a month so waiting isnt doing anything. I will just have to call Samsung and probably have to send my computer to them because so no one is able to detect the problem or how to fix it.
