Wifi connected BrowerS dont work

Hello,

I recently bought a new laptop due to connectivity problems with my old one. It is a Samsung A6 Vision, sound right? Windows 8. It worked great at first but now I tho I have a wifi connection my browsers are not detecting it. I have turned the firewall off, uninstalled recent updates and turned power save mode off. When I make changes sometimes the wifi will work properly but only for that one session. Please help, i cant even get online support or remote assistance it when I do a diagnostics test it finds no problems and says I am connected!!

Hello lizmick,
Don't do any thing to harm your laptop.The fault is from the service provider.
Either,
You wait for sometime and try connection or Call thier customer service for the needed attention.

Thanks for the advice, its been a month so waiting isnt doing anything. I will just have to call Samsung and probably have to send my computer to them because so no one is able to detect the problem or how to fix it.
