Hello,


I have about 20 pdf forms i need to send in 1 email.............how on earth do i make them all small enough to attach please?

Hello,

PDF files are like MP3 or pictures, they can't be compressed or zipped.

WPS Compress PDF Online supports 3 compression ratios (HD, Recommended, Smallest). You can choose one ratio based on your requirements to compress your file while maintaining high quality.

Print pdf choosing Adobe PDF as Printer. In Printer Properties, on the Adobe PDF Settings tab, in the Default Settings drop-down box, choose "Smallest File Size". Provided this is not an image file (from a copier/scanner) you can usually reduce the size.
