My pc installed windows 7 automatically stop working

Hello,
my pc has recently been installed windows 7 but it starts to create problem when online basically when using google-earth google earth. suddenly monitor becomes off and the cpu power remains ok but it doesn't restart or shutdown. then i have to restart it by pressing restart button. it's a kind of unexpected sitution. what can i do?

Hi supercrick,

As you mentioned the problem started after Windows 7 was installed in the computer. Google-Earth is a website that utilizes graphics capability of the computer. There is a probability the graphics card is not supporting the graphics on the website and hence the computer displays no video and becomes unstable. Try to update the graphics card drivers from the manufacturer's website. If already updated, please try to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers.
