I would like to help you here. From your description of the problem it is difficult to find a fix. It is requested that you post some sample data in the forum. Also, it will be a good idea if you could upload the sample file to the following link:

28,331 rows and 11 columns is indeed a huge sheet, please do not upload the original sheet to the above link as it might contain personal information and also it will be a huge file to work on.
