My phone Huawei bolder model U8350 does not produce sounds for both media and alarms except when use earphones.
Can you please assist in enabling the external speakers to be active.

Try to go there where you bought the phone and ask them about that problem. If doesn't fix and then ask them to replace it. Don't forget to bring the receipt.
