Hi Span,
Please try to uninstall the webcam drivers. Then download and re-install the webcam drivers from the below mentioned link and check if this fixes the problem:

To download the drivers from the above link:
1. Click "PC Web Cam".
2. Then expand your webcam's model from "Night Vision 500K (IT-305WC)", "Night Vision 300K (IT-305WC)" or "Night Vision 600K (IT-305WC)".
3. Download the listed drivers.
4. If steps 1 to 3 doesn't work, you can download the drivers by clicking here.
5. Open the downloaded .exe file and then follow the onscreen instructions to install the drivers.
Do reply with results.
