Hello,

Try this 1

1) Remove the battery --> Plug the power cord and turn ON your laptop --> Then

shutdown your laptop and place the battery back into the laptop.

2) Check your battery health using a battery meter available in "Dell QuickSet".

3) Update your BIOS.

Good Luck

Hello,

Let me know the error message that is displaying by your battery and also let me know what the battery meter in the "Dell QuickSet" status says. Did you notice any notice a decline in the runtime of the battery?
Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
You can find the "Dell QuickSet" under "Programs". Click on Start --> Programs --> Dell QuickSet.
If its not installed in your laptop then go to your manufacturing website, download and install it.
