PC gets hang during dialup connection

I have thiis problem since few weeks i have tried all possible ways like formatting and other but no solution

i have xp sp2

problem: when i dial up my connection of broad band my pc get hang but if i use ma mobile for network connection i can acsses through it in my laptop broadband work perfectly but in pc it have a problem

tries: formatting ,scanning for virus, registry repair, and remaking the dailup connection for broad band

nothing worked hope u can solve it

i had made new id as i cant acsses to last 1 i get solution frm u last time and it worked but hope for this 1

Hello,
Are you using an specific software for dialing the network connection or you have created the dial up connection through network wizard in Windows. Let us know the Operating System also.

os : windows xp sp2

and i had made a new dial up connection from network wizard as told by my provider by ivr service

Let me know what you have done so far in network wizard. No need to let us know the user name that you have entered.
