Computer didnt like Norton and now no search,

Hello,
I installed Norton 360 and then uninstalled it cause crazy things were happening. Did a system restore and now search, system restore, user accounts all open blank. Also can only see part of real arcade when logged in and none of big fish games manager. Using Windows XP Home, Emachines W3118, IE 7. Cant see any ads, view email on Yahoo (opens blank) as it gets redirected and can't delete or respond to email at mail.com unless it is a link. HELP! PLEASE!
