Hello,
Try this 1
1) Try deleting all the cookies etc
For Internet Explorer :
Open the browser --> Hold the Ctrl & Shift buttons and press the "Delete" key.
When "Delete Browsing History" appears, select all the options and click on
"Delete" button.
For Firefox :
Open the browser --> Hold the "Ctrl and Shift" keys and press the "Delete" key.
"Clear Recent History" will be opened. In "Time range to clear", select
"Everything" from the drop-down menu. Now select all the options under
"Details" and click on "Clear Now".
2) If the problem still exists then check if you are able to ping to Facebook.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened.
Now enter the below command.
ping www.facebook.com ---> Press Enter.
Make sure that you are getting the reply messages.
Let us know if you failed to get the reply message or the error you are getting
when trying to open the "Facebook".
