if you slow down, and type deliberatly, does it stil happen?
If it does, then you need to have the laptop cleaned more than likely. There can be a number of "Physical" things that can accomplish this, but I am certain software is not the cause.
Does it happen in word, notepad, and the address bar of the browser?
