Webcam help. :(

Hello,

I have had my Acer laptop with a built-in webcam (or orbicam) for a year now and the webcam seemed to be working fine within its first months. Around five months ago, the laptop began having problems not relating to the webcam and I took to a computer store and got it fixed. At first, the webcam was still working great but after a few days, when I tried to open the Orbicam, there is a message which reads "A webcam was not found or is not working properly." There are no pictures or videos saved into the webcam gallery.

Is there any way to fix this?
