When it shows you the Welcome Screen, type the name: ADMINISTRATOR
and do not put any password. If you can do this , reply back I will tell you what to do next.
As to what concerns about the system freezing, shutdown the system, remove the memory card, use an eraser to remove static energy then reseat it in its place or choose another slot.

well where do u want me to type that in?? I have tried pressing ctrl+alt+delete then that username comes up.. I put in Administrator - it said i need a password.. so in the password i put in "Admin" it didnt work....
and i dont know where my memory card is or if i have one?.. lol so sorry....

Leave the password field blank. Do not type anything in that. Just login. It should work because by default, there is no password for that account.
