My computer say " there are no active mixer devices available"

Hi,

i cant hear any sound from my computer. When I click on the volume control, it says "there are no active mixer devices. Please help

Hello,

Try this 1.

Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and click on OK.

Services windows will be opened. Now scroll down for "Windows Audio".

Make sure its status is "Started". If its not started then to change its status.

Double-click on "Windows Audio" --> Set "Startup type:" to "Automatic" and click

on "Start" --> Click on OK.
