Do you wish to have a 3d model Maker, LIke Sketchup (free)?
You can get it here....https://www.sketchup.com/try-sketchup

Then you can take your models and rig them into a 3d environement like...

OGRE -open source http://www.ogre3d.org/download
Panda - https://www.panda3d.org/

or my fav
UNITY3D - you can actually compile a runtime PS3 from this engine
