Hi
I think your Date Format in your system as MM/DD/YYYY so you want the format as DD/MM/YYYY then please follow the instruction below
1. Select the Entire Column
2. Right click your mouse button
3. Select the Format Cells
4. In General Tab Select the Date and in Type option select the Date format to *14/03/2001
5. again select the Custom option in General Tab
6. There you select the Date format as dd-mm-yyyy
