Hi,
From your post I understand that you are not able to eject the Optical Drive tray. Please try these steps and reply with results:
1. Restart the Computer and Attempt to Eject the Disc within the Operating System Environment (Right-Click the Optical Drive Icon in "Windows Explorer/My Computer" and select "Eject").
2. Attempt to Manually Eject the CD tray in the System Setup (BIOS) after resetting BIOS defaults.
3. Use the Emergency Eject Option to Open the Tray (insert a safety pin in the Eject-Hole adjacent to the eject button on the Optical Drive Bezel).
4. Re-seat the Optical Drive. You can find steps on how to re-seat the Optical Drive in the Service Manual.
