Graphics Card Issue?

I was playing Civ 5 this morning and the game went into a black screen and I had to manually shut down my computer. When I turned the system back on, everything was "zoomed in" and large. When I try to play a game, lets say Bioshock Infinite, it says that my graphics card is no longer compatible with direct X anymore. PLEASE HELP!
