Is my motherboard is fried

There was a short circuit in my desktop(smps) so i replaced my smps now all i can see is black screen on monitor talking about my cpu ,all fans are running continuously all ports are working its detecting my mouse but not the key board DVD is working fine but no display. so i tried resetting my cmos, tried to clean the ram and draining all power from mb by holding start button for 1 min, but no luck and yes when i took out the ram there was a continuous sound of beeping.now i am clueless what to do.

is my mother board is fried or ram and if yes how to check it and what to do next
plz explain step by step in simple language.

please help me out guys.
