Having problem with PC DVD writer

hi to everyone,
i am very happy to be amount you , and i hope we will together make a better day for each of us: please i dont know if any one can help , but my PC DVD reader is not acting when i input a DVD ! what can i do? thanks in advance

Hello,

Try this 1

If your DVD writer is having an issue in reading the CD\DVD then

1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions

2) If the problem still exists then try cleaning the drive lens. Click on the below

link and follow the instructions.

https://ccm.net/faq/2917-lens-cleaners

3) Update the firmware.
