HI,
Initially, i could connect an external keyboard to my laptop and i used it for few days.
but after few days, my laptop is not detecting the external key board.
Please send me the solution asap.

Hi hisru,
Try using the same keyboard with a different Machine such as a Desktop or another Laptop. If the keyboard does not work, the issue is with the keyboard itself and you might want to replace the keyboard. If the keyboard works fine with another computer, there is a possibility that the USB ports might be disable, ensure that ports are enabled in the BIOS. Also, check if the keyboard needed a driver to work with Windows. If so, please install the drivers and then try to connect.
Do reply with results.
