Hi all

my laptop is Dell inspiron n5010 , the keyboard and mouse tuchpad without any reason aren't work. I use to last driver in Dell website and also change the OS too but the problem still exist. there is a surprisingly issue that is the keyboard is work in BOOT mode.
i need your help...

Hi Navidtitan,

Please try the below mentioned steps and reply with results:

1. Using a mouse confirm all the Keyboard Accessibility Options are unchecked in the Accessibility Options applet in the Control Panel.
2. If the issue still persists run System Restore and restore the system to a previous state. Click here to find steps on how to perform System Restore.
