Can not repair network connection

Dear friends, I have problem accessing internet
I tried to repair the connection by right click in network connection status and then repair.
A pop up message comes saying "... ... ... failed to query TCP/IP setting of the connection. cannot proceed.
For assistance contact the person who manage your network."

Please help me and thanks in advance

you need to install TCP/IP also located in your network. you can't connect in internet wihout the TCP/IP protocol.

I tried to reconfigure it, succeed but still its not working

Finally I changed value in boot menu and it worked.
