Hi, my CD room drive disappear after installing TuneUpUtilities 2013.
Please how can I locate it on "My Computer" folder again?

What does the software developer post about the software and possible bugs. I am not certain of the software you are refering, and what store did you get it from? If yu downloaded it, from where, check their FAQ regarding your similar problems.
If you think you may have a virus, then take your pc to the the shop!
