Missing of AppStore Icon in iOS 4.2.1 Version

Hello,

when i am update my iPhone 3G (iOS 4.1 to iOS 4.2.1) after the update the App Store Icon is missing. i will go to the Setting > General > Restrictions > TURN the ON. But it is doesnt appears the App Store Icon. what to do? pls urgently it
