Well, I am sorry, but you wil never get XML to MP3. XML is just a markup to the original file to be streamed, for if you are trying to "trap" an XML stream, you need a "Streaming capture" program.
There are plenty of Media Convertors on the market.

I recently purchased a merging files from zulu
the only problem is that the putput is eithe in xml or pls or m3u
what i need is to conver anyone of these formats to be able to mp3
also to convert window media play to mp3
I have a complete day searching for for the days after downloading they cant do these simple tasks
I would apreciate it if you could help
it can be rewarding for both of us.
