sir my samsung galaxy ace not recognizing my sd card
and if i connect my phone to PC it charges but does not connect
memory card is detected by other mobiles

Hang in there.
Well, when I conect my phone to my PC, it charges also. In order to get/put stuff onto my card, I must download the software that will mkae that connection. Have you checked your phones makers website to see if such a software suite exists for your device?
