Cannot connect to Facebook... Tried Everything...

Hello all, new to this website....

For quite some time now (probably a month?) I've been unable to open several websites with Google Chrome, everything else is fine except: Facebook, Youtube, and occasionally Gmail

And by unable to open I mean typing in facebook.com or https://www.facebook.com/ does not work, it just doesn't load

I've been able to cope with it by using a proxy (goagent) for a bit of time now, and today I tried opening it with proxy but suddenly it says 403 forbidden... I was able to log onto facebook with IE, but just for once, then IE also started flipping on me, I tried a couple times sometimes it loads on IE and sometimes it doesnt

I've tried clearing cache, cookie, all that good stuff, and I also tried the flush DNS trick, I tried https, I tried using incognito mode, reinstalling browser, unplugging and replugging the router, trouble shooting internet, and to no avail.... I need Facebook for vital daily information...

Anyone have insights about how to solve this problem? This problem is only with Facebook and Youtube, almost everything else is perfectly fine, I've checked the local host thingy and looks fine to me... Help.. Please!

Also, Youtube once in a while suddenly loads, but then afterwards it doesn't load again.
And I tried these two websites on another computer that is in the same house, it works on the other computer
