it is with honour i plead for help .my laptop mark dell battery is not charging and when you disconnect the charger the laptop goes off.which software can i use to cause the battery to charge .please help me with a software that can cause the system to regconise the power sypply.

we know every thing have a one period of life , if ur battery is 3 or 4 year old . it ,s life may be ends, other way if battery is not old charging port may be damage . i think there is not this type of software which help us to charge laptop. Thanks
