it is risky to do any install via ssh because you might lose the ssh connection right in the middle of the install. Always do a direct install, if you do not have direct contact with the computer you will not be able to do an OS or database install via port 22.
If your asking how to connect to data base via port 22, there is software you can use but than you will have to deal with security and passwords because of your user status.
