So I just moved from one house to another, took down my computer in one house and set it up in the other house. Turned on the computer and it went to the safe mode screen so I started like normal, but it didn't start. Any suggestion?

Start in Safe Mode. Execute a System Restore. It is under Start button/ All Programs/ Accessories/ System Tools. Sometimes it runs very slow so be patient.
