Laptop HP 1000-1201 bluetooth not working

Hello,
i recently bought a HP 1000-1201 TU laptop and i am unable to use Bluetooth device ,although the Bluetooth icon is displayed in task bar when i tried to scan for Bluetooth devices it doesn't locate my HTC One mobile and my JBL charge Bluetooth speakers, also the drivers for Bluetooth are working properly. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance, I appreciate your quickest response.

Now my HP 1000-1201 TU laptop, win 7 report the Bluetooth driver error code 43. Please give me an advice to overcome.
