this is Cassandra Williams when I brought my magicjack from walmart and pluged it into the wall it was working Saturday it told me on my phone please regester in order to make calls I have tried everything I also have an account with magicjack but when I tried to regester it did not tell me did I have a magicjack or where did I get it from I belive that's why I cant make calls because this information did not come up

Why don't you just download the magic jack app for your phone it is much easier also the registration is simple.
