i cant download attachments on yahoo mail, my anti virus is avast. please help me.

hi, im sorry but I have tried disabling all the add ons on internet explorer but nothing happens. by the way im using google browser and I dont know where to manage the add ons.
please help me if you know it. thank you so much

See in your antivirus if some function is preventing the downloads
