To remove Half life Game from counter strike mega Edition?

When I installed cs 1.6 on my laptop, I used to start the Game from the desktop which was created at the time of installation, now I have formatted my laptop. Whenever I start the game by double clicking the "hl.exe" program, the Half life game starts and I have to choose "change Game" option every time to play counter strike. Can this be Fixed?

This issue is common. The simplest solution is to delete the game and to reinstall it.
