It sounds like you just have to "marry" the phone and the software, get the latest here:https://www.samsung.com/au/support/

What are you trying to do? Connect using what, a cable? After you connect to it, then what?

i m trying to connect "Samsung "GT-C3222" to PC or Laptop using "Samsung PC Suit ...etc"
and connect it with two ways:
1. via cable
2. via bluetooth
.........
i had also tried Samsung New PC Suit for this purpose, but when I connect it, it says: you had connected an unregistered model, communication cannot be proceed.
