Reinstallation of Office 2013

My hard disk crashed and all programs were lost. Disc now replaced under warranty and most programs successfully reinstalled but I am unable to reinstall the Office 2013 Home and Student suite as the product key is no longer recognised by Microsoft. Any suggestions appreciated.

Does Microsoft offer a phone number to resolve the product key problem. Usually it's possible to register via phone when the online registration failed.
