Format my C drive

Hello, sir and mam .
i have problem in my pc
and i need to format "c"drive without "d"Hard drive although i put 2 anti virus (symantic antivirus ,and macCafee antivirus )and i want to save my folder in "D'
..... if anyone have suggestive to role my problem tell me ... because there alot of virus in my pc ... i discover 1078 virus and there still virus ...
i know the format is the last thing plz tell me other thing to do, if i couldn't i'll format my "C"

Hi,
remove ur all antivirus first.
download escan antivirus trial edition and login to safe mode scan ur full system. u can't get update , u download
Rising Antivirus(this is free and all updates there) but u use escan antivirus.

1.use only one antivirus in ur pc.
2. move all files(your files) to "d".
3. Boot your pc in cd/dvd.

win xp :

after booting your system , press enter key and press F8 to AGR and press Esc button
now see your all drives in screen, using up and down arrow select C drive , press "D" button and press enter
after press "C" to create partition and press enter ........ windows loading.
