Data import from a Notepad

Hello everybody. Hope you are doing well. please help me in the following situation.

Suppose i have a notepad file where there are some company record. Under each company there are some field say 20a,21b,..and so on. Now i need to took only value in field 21b against each company in Excel to make a database.

Ok, well do you need the row of 21, or the column of b? Because in excel terms, each value in b21 is really only one value.


As far as importing data, delimit it.

As far as importing it, do the same into your database, as you can import text files into databases, too. Cut out the middle man.
