the operating system i am using is windos xp.it is just 1 year the computer has bought . But now it is taking a lot of time to boot. To solve this, i have clenced the c drive and and by using AVG i fixed the so called errors. But the problem still continue and now even the port of pen drive is not recognicing. could you please give me a solution? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

first of all, buying a computer that is one year old with Windows XP is a bad move. XP will be/is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Have you managed to uninstall the chipset drivers?

click Start > Right click "Computer" and select "manage"

go to device manager and see if you have any items with a yellow triangle.
