VBA code for copyg rows

Hello,
m gettg problm while copyg rows from one Excel sheet to another sheet.
plz its urgt me if anybody have sol yhn plz snt me.
my problm is:-
i have to copy a full row from one worksheet to a another worksheet iff it satisfies the cond i specify,that i gv on any two cols.
plz tell me how can i do ths.
