You can start by using Dreamwaver or Frontpage, better, you can use a Free Software like NVU, start to create from Scratch, then look on the HTML Area to Learn the Basic... you can also try to download a free html templates and start editing them.. you can look on :

We cannot teach you HTML coding on this site, you should look around for HTML training courses and using such software as Dreamweaver.
