Can you test using a USB keyboard?
I looks like you will need to replace the keyboard.

Most of the time it requires a new keyboard. If an external keyboard works OK then I would look for a replacement keyboard on Ebay. First find the maintenance instructions for your laptop. You need to know the EXACT screws to remove when you replace the keyboard.
