Hello,



dell D630, Boi AO3, #J5GLZD1-595B is protected by a password authentication system. I can not accesss the data on it without the correct password and i av been using my password over five months now. Plss some help me

Dell "Business Class" laptops can be protected with a system level password that can only be reset by Dell or authorized Dell service centers. They normally require you to provide documentation that proves you are the original purchaser of the PC. You need to provide this documentation and the service tag number before they will provide the code.
