OK Hang in there.
Measure your cpu usage when ALL of this is going on!
Let us know what your cpu usage it while you;
-play a graphics and cpu intensive game, possibly online
-connect and seed or download uTorrent-online
-play media or stream media-possibly online.
Le tus know.

Cpu : 58 %, ram: 62% while playing 720p video in youtube and downloading
torrent and playing gta vc at 1280 x 800 , since i have a 1mbps connection i can't
play gfx intensive online games. can you please say what is the connection
between internet and cpu , does it consume cpu power so dat i may be able to
take steps based on that.

You can have all of the bandwidth in the world available to you, but if your CPU cannot do anything with the stream, it locks up, and tries to calculate what it can.
So in your case, it is trying to render a 3d space for your game, and play "traffic cop" to a bunch of torrent streams, keeping the hard drive intact with files downloading and shuffling the game and the torrents in and out of RAM.
Let me know if you still need clarification on the theory of how a PC works.
