Forgot Yahoo password

I cannot open my email any longer because I forgot my password, and there was no recovery phone number and email address attached during registration what do I do my important mails are stocked, what do I do?

I suspect that my call barring password has been blocked as i tried to enter multiole times unsuccessful?
