I cant get into my computer seems I forgot my password to unlock the desktop. My comp is a hp Compaq desk top running with good old XP ... Can someone please tell me how I can get back into my computer without the password ?

Im able to get into it as the Admin when I boot up and select F8 but from there im lost... Any help would be very appreciated... Thank you for taking time to read my scream for help...!
