I Had kies download several times but can not open. I don't know why.
How to open it?

From what site are you trying to download from?

On what are you trying to download? Phone or computer?

What is your phone?

Hello.
I had kies download from en.kioskea.net.
I want to transfer my data to my notebook cos my phone is something wrong
Do I need to download it for phone and notebook?
I have samsung galaxy note 3.
My notebook is Mac.

You must download it on your notebook if it has

MacOS OS X version 10.5 or later

Ensure you have this version of Kies:

https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/6313-samsung-kies/
